Last Day of Institute Party/Christmas Party/Service Project

Hey all!

Remember last year when we came up with a service project to call all the young single adults in the area and invite them personally to institute and send them Christmas cards?

Well... it is now time to come up with a new service project.
Please bring your ideas to class or post them on the blog. Ideas can range from caroling at a nursing home, helping people you know in your ward or neighborhood, coming up with christmas packages for those less fortunate, etc.

All ideas will be appreciated so bring 'em!

Also, our last institute meeting with be held at our home from 7:00-9:00. We will still have a lesson so be on time, but we will also have some fun! Treats, games, videos, etc.

The date is to be announced.

Will this Edify me?

Share in class your experience using this phrase to make better daily decision.

Music Fast

The challenge for this week is to try a music fast for a day, a few days, or even the whole week.
This means that when you listen to music it may be an instrumental classical, LDS christian performers or hymns.

Also be aware of the television you watch and the music on those shows.

Next week if you like you can tell us about your experience.
